Welcome.

You may have reached a point where life feels overwhelming. Instead of holding everything in and carrying on, you might feel the need to talk to someone, someone who can help you make sense of how you’re feeling and understand how your world is affecting you.

We all need space to express ourselves freely. A space where we can speak openly, without judgement and without being told what to do - simply to be heard and understood.

Coming to counselling is not a negative step. It means you are choosing to put your needs and feelings first. It's time you can take to reflect, to understand yourself more deeply, and to consider what you want for your life.

Therapy is not only about looking at difficulties; it can also be a space for discovery. A space to better understand yourself, strengthen your voice, and feel more confident in the choices you make.

Meet Amandeep

My name is Amandeep. I’m deeply passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. In my work as a psychodynamic counsellor, I believe taking the time to explore our emotions and experiences helps us better understand how they impact our lives currently.

It can be difficult at times to express your deepest feelings, especially for the first time. I am committed to building a supportive, trusting relationship where you feel you can comfortably bring up whatever is on your mind. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you explore your thoughts and emotions in a way that feels empowering and healing.

I have experience working with people from all walks of life, and I feel this has given me a deep appreciation of how culture, family, and society shape who we are. It has also helped me understand how we are influenced by the environments we grow up in and the different stages of life we move through. This awareness allows me to work in a curious, sensitive, and respectful way.
